At Healthy Plant Shop, we nurture every plant with the same care we extend to our customers. Our shipping and returns policies are designed to ensure your botanical treasures arrive in perfect condition while protecting our delicate specimens.
Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch) for orders over $50
We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions). Please allow additional time for international customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and documentation included
- Special considerations apply for live plants (see below)
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
- Provide Details: Include photos of damaged items (if applicable) and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with authorization and shipping directions
- Ship Your Return: Use original packaging when possible and a trackable shipping method
- Processing: We’ll inspect upon receipt and notify you of refund approval
Refund Information
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
- For exchanges: We’ll ship replacements after receiving your return. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item). We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance for valuable plants.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If plants arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, these plants cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival (must report within 48 hours):
- Rare azaleas and rare flowering plants
- Japanese maple trees
- Rare conifers
- Any plant removed from original packaging or planted
- Gift cards
